Return & Refund Policy – Suviyal

At Suviyal, we ensure every product is packed with care and delivered fresh. Because our items are consumable food products, we follow strict hygiene, safety, and verification rules.

1. No Returns on Food Products

Due to the consumable nature of ghee and food items, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

2. Damage / Leakage – Must Be Reported Within 1 Hour

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or tampered, you must report it within 1 hour of delivery.
To claim a replacement, you must provide:

• Uncut parcel opening video (from start to finish, clearly showing the packaging)
• Clear photos of:
✔ Damaged product
✔ Outer box
✔ Inner packaging
• Order ID

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, it must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
Please provide:
• Uncut pack-opening video
• Photos of the item received
• Order ID
A free replacement will be arranged.

4. No Refund / No Replacement If:

• Pack-opening video is not provided
• Product is opened, used, or tampered with after delivery
• Issue is reported after the allowed time window
• Product is damaged due to improper storage by customer
• Customer dislikes taste, texture, colour (natural variations occur

5. Refunds (Only in Specific Cases)

Refunds are provided only if:
• The product is out of stock after payment
• Replacement is not possible for a damaged or wrong item
• Order is cancelled before packing/shipping
Refunds take 5–7 working days.

6. Order Cancellation

Once payment is received and the order is processed, cancellation is not allowed.
Orders cannot be cancelled after:
• Payment is completed
• Packing has started
• Order has been handed to courier
