Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Fresh batches of ghee are packed as soon as they are prepared.
• No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu: 2–4 days
• South India: 3–6 days
• Rest of India: 4–8 days
Delivery time may vary based on courier partner delays, festivals, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply during offers or above certain order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• Tracking number
• Courier partner details
• Live tracking link
Tracking may take a few hours to update after dispatch

Incorrect Address / Phone Number

If the delivery fails because of:
• Wrong address entered
• Wrong phone number
• Customer unavailable
• Door closed / unreachable
The order cannot be refunded. Reshipping charges may apply.

Undelivered Orders

If the parcel returns to us due to customer unavailability, re-delivery can be done with additional shipping charges.

Delayed Delivery

Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or strikes are outside our control. We ensure timely dispatch from our end.
