Freshness is what gives ghee its signature aroma, colour, and flavour. At Suviyal, we believe that ghee should taste as if it was made that very morning. That is why our Rasipuram kitchen follows strict, disciplined routines to ensure that every jar reaches you with its freshness fully preserved.
Our process begins with a simple rule: make only small batches.
Instead of producing bulk quantities that sit in storage for days or weeks, we prepare ghee in limited quantities every few days. This ensures that the ghee you receive has been cooked, packed, and sealed recently — not long ago.
Filling is done quickly and carefully to keep the temperature stable. A warm jar seals better and holds its aroma longer, which is why we pack while the ghee is still fresh and hot. Once sealed, each jar is wiped, labelled, and placed in a cool, dry room to maintain its shelf life.
Before shipping, a freshness check is done — aroma, texture, colour, and clarity are inspected one final time. Only jars that meet all standards are moved to dispatch.
